**Cherri Radio Membership Terms & Conditions**

Welcome to Cherri Radio! By becoming a member and part of our team, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open to individuals passionate about radio, music, and community involvement.

  • All roles are strictly volunteer-based; membership does not imply employment or paid positions.

2. Membership Fees

  • The membership fee is $30 AUD per month.

  • Fees help cover essential station costs including music licenses / royalties, equipment upgrades, and operational expenses.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

3. Volunteer Commitment

  • Members agree to volunteer their time and skills in a respectful, responsible, and cooperative manner.

  • Members will comply with Cherri Radio’s guidelines and policies related to content, conduct, and scheduling.

4. Content and Broadcasting

  • Members hosting shows or producing content must adhere to Australian broadcasting regulations and Cherri Radio’s content standards.

  • Cherri Radio reserves the right to review and approve all member-generated content.

5. Termination

  • Cherri Radio reserves the right to terminate membership at any time if terms are violated or for conduct deemed harmful to the station or community.

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for membership administration and communication purposes in accordance with Cherri Radio’s Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

You agree that you are personally liable for:

  • Any content you create, submit, broadcast, or distribute through Cherri Radio;

  • Your interactions with other members, guests, or the public while using our platform;

  • Any damage, injury, or loss caused by your actions, misconduct, or breach of these terms.

  • You must not use Cherri Radio’s services for unlawful, harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you violate this condition.

By submitting your membership application and paying the fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
